TENDED SPROUT ONGOING SERVICES
YOUR Systems are built. Now someone has to run them.
A great back end still needs tending. Rooted Support is monthly operations help for business owners who are done doing the recurring work themselves, and who would rather hand it to someone who already knows how their business runs.
Imagine if the recurring work just happened. The invoices went out, the site stayed current, the follow-ups fired, the backlog never built up in the first place.
(Spoiler: it’s possible.)
Most business owners do not need another system. They need someone reliable inside the one they already have.
THE ongoing SERVICE
rooted support
Monthly Operations Partnership
This is perfect for business owners who are done being the only person who knows how the back end works, and who want someone steady inside it every month.
A back end is never finished. Tools change, your offers change, and the workflow that made sense in March quietly stops matching how you actually operate by September. Rooted Support means someone is in there every month, running the recurring work, watching the systems, and fixing what breaks before it reaches you. For clients who have done a build with me, it is the same person who designed it, so nothing has to be re-explained.
-
A standing monthly block of hands-on operations work
Client onboarding and offboarding, run start to finish
CRM upkeep: data hygiene, pipeline accuracy, consistent tagging
Automation monitoring, with fixes before you notice the break
Recurring admin: scheduling, inbox triage, file and folder structure
SOP library kept current as your process changes
New workflows built as needs come up
Monthly check-in call and a written summary of what moved
Priority response during business hours
-
Reclaim 8 to 12 hours a month you were spending on recurring work
Stop being the single point of failure in your own business
Systems that keep matching your business instead of drifting from it
Problems caught upstream rather than discovered by a client

VA for a Day
Three Focused Hours, One Big Dent
This is perfect for business owners staring down a backlog who need it gone this week, with no retainer and no commitment.
You send me the list. I spend three uninterrupted hours working through it while you go do something that actually requires you. Website updates, content scheduling, file cleanup, the thing that has been sitting in your drafts since March. No discovery process, no onboarding sequence. Just three hours of someone capable, pointed at your pile.
-
A short prep call to set priorities and agree what gets done
Three hours of focused execution on your list
A summary of what was completed and anything I could not finish
Recommendations on what to stop doing manually
-
A visibly shorter list by the end of the day
The task you have been avoiding for a month, done
A clear sense of what is worth automating next
-
Timeline: One session, usually booked within two weeks
Investment: $300
Credited toward your first month if you move to Rooted Support within 30 days

how rooted
support works
1. Discovery call
We talk through what keeps landing on your plate and whether a retainer is actually the right shape. Free, and no pitch if it isn't.
2. onboarding week
I get access, learn your tools, and document what I am taking over. You will not spend this month explaining things twice.
3. monthly rhythm
The work runs in the background. We meet once a month, you get a written summary, and you reach me directly in between.
4. quarterly review
Every three months we look at what is working, what changed, and whether the scope still fits.
Frequently Asked Questions
-
We agree the hours up front and I bill against them. I track the time and report it, and I will tell you when we are getting close to the edge rather than quietly going over or quietly cutting corners.
-
Some months run long and some run short, and I do not nickel and dime the difference. For a genuinely bigger month we talk first and either add a VA for a Day or adjust the plan.
-
A VA executes tasks you assign. Rooted Support means I am responsible for how the back end runs, which includes watching for the thing you have not noticed yet and fixing it before it reaches you. Expect to spend less time directing me as the months go on, not more. Need hands on a list instead? VA for a Day is the honest answer and I will tell you so.
-
No. Plenty of clients come to Rooted Support with a back end held together by habit, and we tidy as we go. Some people do need the systems rebuilt first, and The Groundwork Audit tells you that in a week. Its cost comes off any build you book afterward.
-
Month one is onboarding, month two is where it starts paying off, and month three is where you notice the work has stopped reaching you. Anything shorter and you have paid for setup without the return. After the first three months it runs month to month.
-
Thirty days’ notice after the minimum. You leave with your documentation and your systems intact, which is the whole point of how I build them.
-
ClickUp, Dubsado, HoneyBook, Zapier and Google Workspace are home turf. I learn others, and I will say so plainly when something is new to me.
